On Packback, Dr. Kimberly Coffman’s students are connecting what they learn in class to current events

In just one week, Dr. Kimberly Coffman saw an improvement in how her psychology students were discussing class materials. Not only were they asking thought-provoking questions about the material, but they were also applying their new-found knowledge of sports psychology to the psychology of football players during the Super Bowl.

“I’m using Packback for the first time this year. I am so happy about how my students have already, within a week and a half, have progressed in terms of how to develop their questions. They’re asking intriguing questions to each other. They’re totally engaged, and they’re even applying things like the Super Bowl to a discussion of sports psychology and personal effectiveness and self-esteem. I look forward to keeping using Packback. I’m an advocate for it already, and I can’t wait to see what else my students do.”
