INSTITUTION Michigan State University DEPARTMENT Psychology COURSE Community Psychology SIZE 130-250 Students Dr. Kaston Anderson-Carpenter knows his students at Michigan State University are going to use technology in the classroom. His goal with Packback is how he can get students using technology in an engaging way. “ I know that students are going to use technology in the classroom. So, I asked myself, ‘What can I do to get them using technology in a more engaging way?’ so that I could minimize them sort of getting off track because it happens. And so, I feel that using a platform like Packback will be a way to help keep them engaged in the material throughout the week and not just when we’re in the classroom.“
