And Packback didn’t just improve his online courses. Peters says the AI-supported discussion form acts as an extension of his in-person class to keep students thinking about the class material throughout the week. “[Packback has] provided a forum for my students and [me] to meet,” says Peters. “In my online class, it’s like we are in a classroom.
