Packback’s weekly instructor office hours give you direct access to an Experience Manager and Product Support specialist, no ticket required.
Drop in during any session below to get hands-on help, fast.

Mondays: 2PM – 3PM CST
Tuesdays: 12PM – 1PM CST
Wednesdays: 9AM – 10AM CST
Thursdays: 12PM – 1PM CST
Fridays: 2PM – 3PM CST

What You Can Ask in Office Hours

Open office hours will allow you to meet with an Experience Manager and a member of our Product Support team to address any questions you have regarding the following topics:

Connecting to your LMS
Uploading a roster
Setting up due dates
Product updates
Any “how to” questions

*If you have a pedagogical question, this is best suited for your personal Experience Manager.

Please note: If there are multiple people you may be in the waiting room until there is an Experience Manager or Product Support person to help you (this should be no more than 10 minutes).
