Resources for Instructors:Welcome to Office Hours The Packback Support Team will be conducting office hours for instructors who would like face-to-face, virtual support to help you better integrate Packback into your classroom. Please join us in our scheduled office hours at any of the following times: Tuesdays from 12:00PM – 1:00PM CST Wednesdays from 9:00AM – 10:00AM CST Thursday from 12:00PM – 1:00PM CST You can access office hours by joining this link during one of the times listed above. Open office hours will allow you to meet with an Experience Manager and a member of our Product Support team to address any questions you have regarding the following topics: Connecting to your LMS Uploading a roster Setting up due dates Product updates Any “how to” questions *If you have a pedagogical question, this is best suited for your personal Experience Manager. Please note: If there are multiple people you may be in the waiting room until there is an Experience Manager or Product Support person to help you (this should be no more than 10 minutes).
