Open office hours will allow you to meet with an Experience Manager and a member of our Product Support team to address any questions you have regarding the following topics:
- Connecting to your LMS
- Uploading a roster
- Setting up due dates
- Product updates
- Any “how to” questions
*If you have a pedagogical question, this is best suited for your personal Experience Manager.
Please note: If there are multiple people you may be in the waiting room until there is an Experience Manager or Product Support person to help you (this should be no more than 10 minutes).
